All you need to do is learn to listen to your body...
...that most essential portion of GAIA's miraculous soil that your spirit has decided to call home for a time.

...Once you start to listen there is no turning back...
Helpers and guides will flock to you...the swirling dance of the elements within and without of your flesh will never cease...and the plants, stones, and stars will never again fall silent...
